John Oliver is a registered Professional Engineer in Mississippi and the resident engineer in our Long Beach office. John earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Union College in 1982 and his M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 1990. He is retired from the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps having completed projects in Europe, Asia, and the continental U.S. John remains an active member and is a past president of the Gulf Coast branch of ASCE.
