Ethan Billeaud, graduated from Louisiana State University in May 2022 with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Since joining our team in July of 2022, Ethan has taken the lead in the Mobile office’s geotechnical department on implementing Modified Phillips Dunn Infiltration tests and the use of Datalogging equipment. He has worked on almost every PDA job we have had since his hiring. Ethan is a licensed Engineer Intern in the state of Alabama.
