Dennis Mitchell, P.E., is a Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing Project Manager in our Tampa Office. He is a 2019 graduate of Florida State University where he earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Dennis joined the SES team in 2019 and worked in our Tallahassee, FL, office before relocating to the Tampa office in 2024. His daily roles include preparation of laboratory testing and report writing, proposal writing, project coordination, and geotechnical evaluation report writing.
