Southern Earth Sciences served as a subcontractor for providing construction materials testing for this 30-story condominium in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The structure is supported on 2,500 18-inch square by 75-feet long precast piles.

Cone Penetration Testing (CPT), Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) and SE/IR technologies were utilized for foundation design and QA/QC.
